Christopher Dols

Christopher Dols has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Christopher started their career as a Restaurant Manager at Luby's Restaurant Company from 2007 to 2008. Christopher then transitioned into a sales role at Ecolab from 2009 to 2013, where they worked as a Territory Manager. Following this, they joined Bostwick Laboratories as an Account Manager and Field Sales representative, maintaining 250 accounts across a $1.5M territory spanning seven states, from 2013 to 2015. Since 2015, Christopher has been working at CONMED Corporation, where they have held various positions. Christopher started as a Territory Manager and then progressed to become an Area Sales Director, overseeing a team of up to 10 directors and 10 sales representatives across seven states with $16M in annual revenue. Christopher later served as the Director of Marketing for the AET division before assuming their current role as the Sr. Director of U.S. Sales, which they have been holding since 2024.

Christopher Dols obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Executive Management from Texas Woman's University. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Stephen F. Austin State University.
