Lisa Donnelly

VP Of Marketing, Orthopedics at CONMED

Lisa Donnelly has extensive work experience in the medical device industry. Lisa is currently the VP of Marketing, Orthopedics at CONMED Corporation, where they started in February 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of VP Marketing, Sports Medicine Implants Upstream at the same company.

Before joining CONMED Corporation, Lisa worked as a Part-Time Lecturer at Northeastern University from May 2020 to March 2023. In this role, they focused on teaching FDA Design Control requirements and Regulatory Strategy for product design and process development in the Global Regulatory Affairs department.

Lisa also served as the EVP & Business General Manager at Tecomet, Inc. from September 2020 to September 2021. Earlier, Lisa was the VP of Marketing at Soft Robotics Inc. from May 2019 to September 2020.

Prior to these roles, Lisa held senior positions at various companies including Conformis as the SVP Global Marketing from November 2017 to May 2019, Arthrosurface as the VP of Global Marketing from January 2017 to November 2017, CSA Medical Inc. as the VP Sales and Marketing from August 2015 to November 2016, and Smith & Nephew Endoscopy as the Senior Director of R&D, Joint Repair from September 2014 to August 2015.

Lisa also had significant roles at Smith & Nephew, where they served as the Senior Director of Marketing, Sports Medicine from January 2012 to January 2013, and as the Director of Marketing, Hip Arthroscopy from January 2008 to January 2012.

Furthermore, Lisa worked as the Platform Director at Depuy Mitek, Johnson & Johnson, where they were involved in developing a multi-generational product pipeline in the Sports Medicine market. Their tenure at Depuy Mitek lasted from an unknown start date to an unknown end date between 2006 and 2008.

Lisa Donnelly holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, which they completed from 1996 to 2000. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science (MS) in Plastics Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell during the period of 1992 to 1993. Lisa started their educational journey by completing a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Plastics Engineering from the same university, which they achieved from 1987 to 1992. In terms of additional certifications, Lisa obtained a Black Belt in Process Excellence from Johnson & Johnson in 2005, and a Green Belt in Design Excellence from the same institution in 2003.
