Al Pintoy

Al Pintoy has extensive work experience in the technology and finance industry. Al is currently the Director of Engineering at Connamara Systems, LLC, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked at SALT Lending as the Senior Vice President of Engineering from December 2021 to May 2023. In addition, they were the Director of Asset Management Platform at SALT Lending from July 2021 to December 2021, where they designed and managed a high-performance trading platform for cryptocurrency and other asset classes.

Before joining SALT Lending, Al Pintoy served as the Lead Software Architect at QUODD Financial Information Services from January 2019 to December 2021. Al also worked at Pico Quantitative Trading, where they held the position of Global Head of Development from March 2014 to January 2019. Their role at Pico was initially as Chief Software Architect after the company acquired Spryware, where they were the Director of Research and Development from January 2005 to July 2014.

Al Pintoy's career in the technology industry began at Hyperfeed in 1995, where they served as the Director of Development and later as the Vice President of Research & Development until 2005. Prior to that, they worked as a Systems Engineer at Systems & Electronics, Inc from 1993 to 1995.
