Bogdan Muresan

Bogdan Muresan is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in agile transformation and team management. Currently serving as Vice President of Technology at Connatix since June 2020, Bogdan focuses on enhancing the R&D center through agile practices and cultivating a strong leadership culture. As a Senior Agile Strategist and Senior Trainer at Colors in Projects since April 2017, Bogdan has been instrumental in developing efficient agile strategies and providing training and consultancy. Bogdan is also the founder of NoobChoice, a consulting and training company tackling unique challenges in agile training and leadership. Previous roles include Optimisation Agile Coach at Betfair Romania Development and various engineering leadership positions at 3Pillar Global, where Bogdan contributed to the growth and excellence of the Romanian center delivery. Bogdan's technical foundation is supported by a Master's degree and a Licentiate degree in Computer Science from Babes-Bolyai University.
