Nicoleta Florian is the Head of Romania HR at Connatix. Nicoleta has over 6 years of experience in Human Resources, previously working as the Director of People Experience at Lateral Inc and as a Human Resources Business Partner & Coach at ISDC.

Nicoleta has a passion for building diverse and inclusive people-centered work environments. Nicoleta has been involved as a facilitator and trainer in a leadership program, focused on building and refining communication and leadership skills for future Team Leaders, facilitating their growth on people-related matters.

At Connatix, Nicoleta is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources. Nicoleta closely partners with the HR team, leadership, and business to build a diverse and inclusive people-centered work environment, while future-proofing our leadership & people capability and enhancing the employee experience journey.
