Rebecca Jong

Rebecca Jong has extensive work experience in the billing and pricing field. Rebecca started their career at Philips Lifeline in 2000 as a Medicaid Billing Specialist and later took on roles such as Team Lead in the Billing Department, Pricing/Data Integrity Analyst, Consumer Revenue Cycle Supervisor, and Pricing Administrator. In these roles, Rebecca was responsible for reviewing monthly A/R goals, distributing assignments, training new employees, and developing training processes. In 2021, they joined Connect America as a Billing Supervisor and later transitioned to the role of Billing Manager.

Rebecca Jong completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Becker College from 2007 to 2013. Rebecca is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Fitchburg State University, starting in 2019. No specific field of study is provided for their MBA program.
