Sophie Olver Fih

Sophie Olver FIH is an experienced Operations Manager with a strong tenure at multiple organizations, including The Executive Development Network since December 2020 and HIT Training Ltd, where Sophie has been since June 2006. In these roles, Sophie is accountable for maximizing performance within designated UK regions, achieving company targets through effective team leadership and fostering a supportive environment for business growth. Additionally, Sophie has contributed to Connect2Care since June 2006 and held the position of Area Training Manager at VT Plus Training from July 1995 until May 2006. Sophie holds a BA in Hospitality Management from City College Norwich, completed between 1988 and 1992, and received earlier education at Isle College and Spalding High School.
