With extensive experience in human resources, Charity Vickers has previously worked as Vice President of Human Resources at Ameriprise Auto & Home Insurance for a brief period in October 2019 and held various roles at American Family Insurance, including Talent Management Director and Human Resources Advisor from February 2017 to October 2019. Prior to these roles, Charity Vickers spent over five years at CUNA Mutual Group, advancing to Senior Human Resources Manager, Insights & Analytics, and previously as Senior Talent Management Consultant, where responsibilities included optimizing talent management processes. Charity Vickers began the professional journey as Director of Business Development at Blackhawk Community Credit Union from April 2001 to May 2005. Education includes a BS in Business Administration and Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, obtained between 1993 and 1998.
