Oshrat Binyamin

Oshrat Binyamin is a seasoned HR executive currently serving as VP of HR at Connecteam since April 2023. Previously, in the role of VP People at monday.com from October 2020 to February 2023, Oshrat led the global HR department, drove the People strategy, and played a key role in the company's significant growth and IPO process. Additional experience includes serving as Director of HR for Taboola and AppsFlyer, and HR Director at eXelate, where contributions significantly advanced human resources and organizational development. Early career included various leadership roles in recruitment at see.V and administrative work at IXI Mobile. Oshrat holds an MBA in HR from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and a BA from Tel Aviv University.
