Grant Gordon

Grant Gordon is the Co-founder and CEO of Connected Health Care since January 2021 and has served as Managing Partner at Avanti Partners LLC since June 2018. Previously, Grant held the position of Acquisition & Development Analyst at MM Properties from June 2017 to June 2018. Grant Gordon earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate Finance from Southern Methodist University in 2017 and is currently pursuing further education at City, University of London since 2016.
