Erica Roth

Erica Roth is an experienced administrative professional with a strong background in customer service and program management. Currently serving as an Administrative Assistant at Connected Solutions Group, LLC since October 2017, Erica previously held the position of Customer Service Representative at Travelers from July 2015 to October 2017. Earlier experience includes working as an Assistant Site Coordinator at YMCA of Greater Richmond, where responsibilities involved planning programming and supervising children in after-school childcare.
