Karim Eldeghedy has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Karim is currently the Co-Founder and COO of Connected Travel Experience, where they manage the development team and oversees the development of the CTX booking platform. Karim is also responsible for defining IT solutions commercial strategy, managing the solution portfolio, conducting market research, and providing consultancy services to customers. Prior to this, Karim worked at Amadeus Gulf as a Senior Manager in Pre-sales and Solutions Adoption, where they developed solution strategies and managed delivery and implementation projects. Karim also provided technical and functional expertise to the sales team. Before this, they held various roles at Amadeus IT Group, including Regional IT Sales Manager and Regional Sales Engineer/Project & Solutions Manager. Here, they provided pre-sales support and consultancy services, detected new IT sales opportunities, prepared product presentations, analyzed business processes, and offered post-sales support. Earlier in their career, Karim worked at Sabre Travel Network as a Senior Product Manager and Regional Training Executive, where they supported the implementation of Sabre products and services, delivered product presentations and training activities, and coordinated workshops and training courses. Karim also gained experience as a Web Development & Graphic Design Consultant at Bahrain Institute of Technology, Sr. IT Instructor at Compex for IT, Web Designer/Developer at Globalnet for IT, and Web Designer/IT Support at IAA (Internet Service Provider). Karim began their career as an IT Instructor at the International Computer Center.
Karim Eldeghedy attended Victoria College from 1984 to 1996. Karim then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at Alexandria University from 1996 to 2002.
