Melissa Stewart

Melissa Stewart is a skilled social worker with extensive experience in case management and behavioral health. Currently, Melissa works as a Total Population Health LCSW Case Manager at ConnectiCare since July 2021. Previously, Melissa served as an Intensive Case Manager at Advanced Behavioral Health, Inc. from February 2017 to July 2021, and as the Director of Assisted Living and Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Jewish Senior Services from July 2013 to February 2017.
