Anne Conners

Anne Conners possesses extensive experience in housing development and financing, currently serving as a Multifamily Underwriter at the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority since October 2021. Prior roles include Operations Manager for Commercial Lending at The Housing Development Fund, Inc., and Manager of Community Lending at Capital for Change, Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing a $50 million loan portfolio. Additionally, Anne contributed to the creation of affordable housing units in various capacities, starting as Housing Developer at HOME, Inc., and earlier as Housing Development Coordinator for the Mayor's Office in New York City. With a Bachelor's degree in Geography from Mount Holyoke College, a Master's degree in Urban Planning from Hunter College, and a certification in Elementary Education, Anne Conners has a solid educational foundation supporting a diverse career in community development and education.
