John Testa has an extensive work experience in various manufacturing and operations roles. John started their career in 2002 as a Quality Assurance Manager at S&S Manufacturing - WANHO, where they led the QC/QE operations and managed ISO 9002 certification. John then moved on to Lyons Manufacturing as a Project Manager, where they managed multiple resources and oversaw product development, quality planning, and process control.

In 2005, John joined The Timken Company as a Value Stream Manager, responsible for managing manufacturing and inspection areas supporting aerospace bearing manufacturing on a global level. John later took on the role of Gauge Services/Metrology Manager, leading a technical service department and overseeing calibration and day-to-day operations.

John also worked at Covidien as a Production Supervisor, supervising manufacturing operations in the Multifilament Extrusion and Braiding Manufacturing. Finally, they joined CSS (Connecticut Spring & Stamping) as the Vice President Operations, where they directed manufacturing operations, managed a large team, and oversaw various initiatives such as LEAN and 6S.
