Jason Poirrier

Jason Poirrier is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product development and customer experience management, particularly in the eProcurement and hosting sectors. Since November 2010, Jason has served as Senior Director of Product Development at Connection, overseeing the development of an industry-leading eProcurement platform that supports over $1.5 billion in annual revenue. Jason's previous roles at Connection include Director and Senior Manager of Product Development, where responsibilities included enhancing web applications and advocating for innovative technology. Prior to Connection, Jason held key positions at Hostway Corporation and Affinity Internet, focusing on customer experience and managing private-label and co-branded hosting products. Jason began a career in training and technical support, showcasing a strong foundation in customer service and product knowledge, which was developed at Cybergate Inc. and earlier roles. Jason is an alumnus of the University of Florida, graduating in 1999.
