Jesse Morein

Director of Product Management at ConnectionPoint

Jesse Morein has a long and varied work experience. Jesse began their career in 2012 as a Club Ambassador at Club Intrawest, where they greeted and qualified tourists in the village and invited them to attend timeshare presentations. In 2013, they became a Trip Leader at Westcoast Connection / 360° Student Travel, where they organized and lead three 4 week trips in the United States and Europe. In 2014, they moved to JPK Media as Director of Sales and Marketing, where they evolved from cold-calling and sales support to account management of clients and reinventing the entire sales cycle. In 2016, they returned to Westcoast Connection / 360° Student Travel as a Trip Director, where they managed a group of 4 employees and 46 students on a 4-week European Tour. In 2017, they joined KEV Group as Product Manager and Business Analyst (Product), where they were responsible for the entire Product Development Life Cycle for several concurrent projects while prioritizing fixes and feature requests. Finally, in 2022, they became Director of Product Management at ConnectionPoint Systems Inc., where they were responsible for the ConnectionPoint suite of products, providing powerful business solutions for fundraising and e-commerce.

Jesse Morein obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce from Concordia University between 2013 and 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a DEC in Health Sciences from CEGEP - John Abbott College between 2009 and 2012. In addition, they have obtained two certifications: Design Thinking: The Beginner's Guide from The Interaction Design Foundation in December 2020, and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in November 2020.
