Morgan Matthews

Morgan Matthews has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. They started their career as an Undergraduate Research Intern at Dr. Carla Kim Lab in 2011 and later worked as an Undergraduate Research Intern at Dr. Andrew Brack Lab from 2012 to 2014.

In 2014, Morgan joined Putnam Associates as an Associate Consultant, where they analyzed qualitative and quantitative data to drive the development of strategic recommendations for clients. They were later promoted to Senior Associate Consultant, taking on additional responsibilities such as framework development and junior staff management. Finally, as a Consultant, Morgan led diverse project teams, balanced the needs of multiple stakeholders, and provided coaching and mentoring to junior staff.

In 2019, Morgan worked as a Strategic Partnerships (MBA) Intern at TrialSpark, where they executed a high-impact operational project, proposed operational improvements, and led a cross-functional workshop to align on solutions and plans.

Currently, Morgan is employed at Connections Health Solutions, starting as a Senior Manager of Corporate Development in 2020 and progressing to Director of Corporate Development and Vice President of Business Development. In their current role, Morgan is responsible for the go-to-market strategy of Connections, ensuring individuals receive timely and comprehensive care.
