Ben Worth

Ben Worth is a highly experienced facilitator and educator, currently serving as the Lead Facilitator for General Electric's Next Engineers Academy at FHI 360 since February 2022, guiding young individuals through engineering challenges. With a career spanning over a decade at Connectr, Ben co-created and led the EE Employment Skills Course, focusing on employment skills for participants aged 18 and above. Other roles include leading diverse workshops for various organizations like Coca Cola, BT, and Burberry, facilitating creative workshops for the Ideas Foundation, and working with prisoners to enhance their confidence and resilience through the Rise Up program. Ben is also a renowned voiceover artist with extensive credits for commercial and corporate narration, alongside roles as a Creative Associate for professional training programs. Educationally anchored with a Bachelor of Arts in Acting from Rose Bruford College, Ben continues to shape the futures of young people through innovative educational initiatives.
