Charlotte Chambers

Charlotte Chambers is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and buying within the fashion industry. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Connectr since April 2017, Charlotte previously held roles including Senior Recruitment Manager. Prior experience includes leadership positions such as Head of Buying at Austin Reed Group from July 2010 to January 2015, and Head of Buying Principles at Mosaic Fashions from 2005 to October 2008. Earlier in the career, Charlotte worked as a Senior Buyer Principles at Arcadia Group Ltd from 2002 to 2005 and as a Senior Buyer for Marks and Spencer/Al Futtaim Group from June 1999 to 2002. The career commenced as an Assistant Buyer at Arcadia Group Ltd from September 1997 to 1999. Charlotte holds a BA (Hons) in Fashion and Knitwear from Nottingham Trent University, specializing in Fashion/Apparel Design.
