Amanda Diaz has been working in the recruitment field since 2014. Amanda began their career at Connect Search, LLC as a Manager of Recruiting. In 2016, they moved to blueStone Staffing as a Search Consultant. In 2013, they worked at ULTA Beauty as a Salon Manager. In 2010, they began working at Restaurant.com as a Human Resource Generalist, Receptionist, and Customer Service Rep. In 2021, they returned to Connect Search, LLC as a Manager of Corporate Recruiting.

Amanda Diaz completed a Human Resource Management Certificate from the University of Phoenix in 2012. Amanda also obtained a Cosmotology degree from Pivot Point Beauty School-Bloomingdale in 2004.
