Ronald Aniol

Ronald Aniol has extensive experience in the retail industry. Ronald began their career in 2011 as an Assistant Manager at Hollister Co. and then moved to Abercrombie & Fitch in 2013, where they served as Store Manager. In 2014, they joined American Eagle Outfitters as a Talent Manager and Store Manager. After two years, they moved to Starbucks, where they served as Store Manager from 2016 to 2021. In 2021, they joined Connect Search, LLC as Director of Recruiting and Senior Recruiter.

Ronald Aniol attended Western Michigan University from 2008 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing.
