Nishant Palande

Nishant Palande is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in supply chain management, quality assurance, and business excellence. Currently serving as AVP SCM, Quality Assurance and Business Excellence at Connectwell Industries since August 2019, Nishant has successfully executed Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Six Sigma, and Integrated Management System (IMS) certifications while developing and implementing supply chain strategies that improve efficiency and reduce costs. Previous roles include General Manager of Quality Assurance and Business Excellence at Connectwell Industries, Quality Manager at ACG Inspection Systems, and Manager of Quality Assurance at Emerson Network Power, where Nishant utilized methodologies such as DMAIC and Lean Six Sigma to achieve productivity gains and quality improvements. Nishant holds an MBA from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from MCT's Rajiv Gandhi Institute Of Technology.
