Jacob Eby

Jacob Eby is an experienced professional with a diverse background in construction management, real estate, and client services. As the Account Manager at Cabry Design & Cabinetry since July 2024, Jacob focuses on client acquisition and guiding them from design to installation. Serving as an Affiliate Broker with Connell Properties Inc. since November 2023, Jacob assists clients in buying, selling homes, and finding commercial spaces in the Knoxville area. As the Business Owner and CEO of EbyCo. since October 2022, Jacob provides construction management services and handyman support, with aspirations to expand into property management. Previous roles include Construction Superintendent at Mockingbird Builders and Project Manager at Koch Construction LLC. Jacob holds a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Business and Management from Texas State University and recently completed training as an Affiliate Broker at TRECS Real Estate School.
