Teresa Burkett

Teresa Burkett is a seasoned health law attorney and partner at Conner & Winters, LLP, specializing in health care data privacy and compliance with HIPAA regulations. Teresa has held various leadership roles, including Trustee for the Gilcrease Museum and Tulsa Community College Foundation, and Chair of the City of Tulsa Park Board. Additional contributions include serving on the Board of Directors for the Oklahoma Academy for State Goals and participating in health care advocacy through the Tulsa Chamber of Commerce. With a long-standing membership in the American Health Lawyers Association and involvement in philanthropic efforts with The Nature Conservancy and the Potts Family Foundation, Teresa Burkett combines legal expertise with community service. Teresa earned a Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma College of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
