Pete Cahill

Pete Cahill has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Pete began their career as a Program Manager at Fujitsu Telecommunications Europe Limited in 1999. Pete then joined Transpower in 2001 as a Projects Manager and stayed there for over 13 years. In 2014, they became a Construction Manager at City Care Ltd, where they led a team and managed the operational delivery of various projects. In 2017, Pete moved on to City Care as a Construction Manager, where they managed the Otakaro - South Frame project and played a crucial role in an urban renewal project in central Christchurch. Finally, in 2018, Pete joined Connetics and held multiple roles such as Project Portfolio Manager, PMO Manager, and currently serves as the Head of Project Management Office.

Pete Cahill holds a Master's degree in Engineering Studies with a specialization in Construction Management, obtained from the University of Canterbury between 2016 and 2019. Pete also completed a Management development block course at The University of Auckland in 2011. Additionally, Pete obtained a Certificate in Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in May 2009. In 2020, they pursued a Leadership program at the Centre for Vision and Leadership.
