Alexandra Boswell

Alexandra Boswell has extensive experience in the housing sector, currently serving as the Digital Customer Experience Officer at Connexus since November 2015. In this role, Alexandra has also held positions as a Housing Officer, Project Officer, and Interim Housing Team Leader, focusing on estate management, rent collection, and system implementation using various software tools. Prior to Connexus, Alexandra worked at Herefordshire Housing as a Customer Account Manager and at Herefordshire Council as a Neighbourhood Officer and Monitoring Officer in Waste Management. Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Geography from Swansea University, completed in 2012.
