Alison Miles has a diverse work history in customer service and management roles. Alison began their career as an Administrative Assistant at POPP Communications in 2003. From there, they advanced to roles such as Senior Account Manager/Dept Asst Mgr, where they built client relationships and provided support. In 2009, Alison became the Customer Service Manager at POPP, responsible for resolving technical issues and ensuring client satisfaction. In 2017, they joined Connexus Energy as Manager - Member Experience, focusing on improving member touchpoints and implementing technology to drive member satisfaction. Recently, Alison has transitioned to the role of VP - Members at Connexus Energy, where they continue to prioritize member service and affordability.
Alison Miles earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Philosophy from St. Norbert College. Alison then pursued a Master of Arts degree in English from the University of St. Thomas, which they completed in 2006.
