Michael Nowakowski

Michael Nowakowski has a diverse work experience starting from 2006. Michael began their career as a Support Specialist at HOVIN Underwriting Partners, Inc., where they played a crucial role in designing workflows and operational procedures. Michael then transitioned to GE Asset Management, holding multiple roles such as Portfolio Analyst, Team Lead - Portfolio Analytics, and Portfolio Manager. As a Portfolio Manager, they managed Money Market funds and contributed to SEC Rule 2a-7 compliance. In 2013, they joined State Street Global Advisors as a Portfolio Manager, specializing in Structured Products. There, they managed portfolios, executed trades, and evaluated collateral for a variety of accounts. Next, they worked at People's United Bank, N.A. as a Senior Portfolio Manager before joining Conning in 2022. At Conning, they hold the positions of Director, Structured Securities Trading, and later became the Head of Structured Products starting in 2024.

Michael Nowakowski completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Management at Plymouth State University from 2002 to 2006.
