Jim Fike

Jim Fike has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Jim currently holds the position of Vice President - Controller Credit Division at Conn's HomePlus, where they oversee the credit division of the retail store chain. Prior to this, they worked at PRA Group for over 20 years, where they held various positions including Controller - Portfolio | Goodwill Accounting, Vice President - Technical Accounting, Vice President - M&A Support, Vice President - Finance | Accounting, and Manager - Financial Analysis. In these roles, they led important accounting implementation projects, global expansion efforts, and financial reporting requirements with the SEC. Jim also played a key role in the IPO process and building financial models for board/management reporting.

Jim Fike attended Virginia Tech from 1989 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Jim also holds a certification as a Licensed CPA in Virginia from the Virginia State institution.
