Atiqua Hashem

Atiqua Hashem has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Atiqua most recently served as the Vice President, Secretary & General Counsel at the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation since October 2020. Prior to that, they worked for ChildFund International as the General Counsel from May 2012 to September 2020. At CARE USA, they held the position of Associate General Counsel/Special Advisor, Policy from August 2005 to October 2011. Before transitioning into the non-profit sector, they gained valuable experience at Alston & Bird LLP as an International Corporate Transactions & Law and Public Policy Associate from January 1999 to July 2005. Earlier in their career, Atiqua worked as a Financial Analyst at Strategic Compensation Associates from 1993-1994 and at Salomon Brothers Inc from 1992-1993.

Atiqua Hashem attended the International School Bangkok and completed their International Baccalaureate. Atiqua then went on to Bryn Mawr College, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics & Economics between the years 1988 and 1992. Afterward, Atiqua Hashem attended the University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law, where they obtained a J.D. (Honors) in Law from 1997 to 1999.
