Erika Mead-Garza

Erika Mead-Garza, M. Ed., has extensive experience in educational leadership and bilingual instruction within the Conroe Independent School District since August 2012, serving as Assistant Principal for Elementary PreK-4, ELA Lead Instructional Facilitator for the Reading Academy, ELA K-6 Literacy District Coach, and previously as a Bilingual Teacher and Team Leader. Prior to this role, Erika was a Bilingual Teacher at Spring ISD from August 2007 to July 2012. Erika's professional background also includes positions as an Administrative Manager at GRUAS CORSA CIA. LTDA. from 2002 to July 2004 and as a Quality Control Engineer at GRUAS CORTES from July 1999 to July 2002. Erika holds a Master of Education Administration from Texas A&M University, earned in 2018-2019, and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León, completed in 2001.
