Justine Mimouni is an experienced professional specializing in performance management, quality, and project excellence. Currently serving as Responsable Performance Méthode et Qualité at Département des Yvelines since March 2022, Justine previously held various leadership roles at Manpower France from August 2007 to March 2022, focusing on operational excellence and project management for major clients. Justine's expertise includes the implementation of complex commercial agreements, process optimization via Six Sigma methodologies, and managing cross-functional project teams. Additional experience includes managing significant client portfolios, founding a mixed barbershop, and overseeing event planning for prestigious clients while also developing training programs and educational materials.
