Jorge Castro

Jorge Castro is a seasoned professional in the telecommunications and data center sectors, currently serving as Co-Founder of CONNECTA Academy since May 2024 and as Director of New Business at RG Soluções. Castro has held various leadership positions, including Institutional Representative at the Conselho Regional de Administração de São Paulo (CRA-SP) and a board member of the ABDC - Associação Brasileira de Data Center. As CEO of JConnection since June 2020, Castro previously contributed to operational development at Ezentis Brasil and Alpitel S.p.A. Their earlier roles include Director of Business Development and Operations at DOMINION GLOBAL, as well as Director of Operations at Ciao Telecom Inc. and Líder Telecom Ltda. Educationally, Castro holds an MBA in Business Administration and Marketing, as well as degrees in Project Management and Electronic Technician. Currently pursuing an Executive MBA in Smart Cities Management and Innovation, Castro combines extensive industry expertise with academic accomplishments.
