David Fowler has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on healthcare operations consulting and business development. David is the Founder/Managing Member of Continuum Health Innovations, LLC, where they have built a continuum of care accessible to patients and providers. Prior to this, they served as CEO of The Managed Risk Sharing Corporation, specializing in managed risk sharing agreements and healthcare IT. David also worked as the VP of Business Development at US HealthVest, LLC, where they facilitated hospital acquisitions and partnerships. David was a Partner-COO at Creative Care Health Concepts, LLC, providing psychiatric and behavioral health services in Georgia. Earlier in their career, David held various positions at National Medical Enterprises, including Regional Director of Support Services Operations, CEO of Aspen Meadows Hospital, and Director of Psychiatric Intensive Care Units. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a strong ability to improve clinical outcomes and operational efficiency.
David Fowler's education history includes a Dual Degrees in Economics and Organizational Psychology from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business, which they pursued from 1983 to 1986. During their time at the University of Georgia, their field of study focused on Large Scale Project Financing and Expert Systems in Healthcare.
After completing their undergraduate studies, David pursued a Pre-Med degree in Neurobiology and Behavior at Earlham College from 1981 to 1983.
Later, from 1988 to 1991, they obtained a Masters degree in Neuropsychopharmacology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
In terms of additional certifications, David obtained the MCSA certification from Microsoft in August 2003, followed by the MCSE certification from the same institution in July 2003.
