Michael Lovett

Michael Lovett has a diverse range of work experience in the healthcare industry. Michael is currently the President and Chief Operating Officer at Consensus Health, a leading independent medical group in New Jersey. In this role, they oversee the integration of clinical and operational services, empowering physicians to deliver high-quality patient care.

Prior to their current position, Lovett served as the Chief Operating Officer at Northwell Direct, where they built a new Direct to Employer health services business for Northwell Health. Michael provided innovative healthcare solutions directly to employers, eliminating unnecessary costs and improving access to care.

Before their time at Northwell Direct, Lovett was the Chief Commercial Officer at Formativ Health, a joint venture between Northwell Health and Pamplona Capital. As the Chief Commercial Officer, they developed the first sales team and implemented a sales channel partner strategy, focusing on patient experience and access to healthcare services.

Lovett also has experience at NextGen Healthcare, where they held various roles including Executive Vice President & General Manager of the Ambulatory Division. Earlier in their career, Lovett held leadership positions at Encoda, Sage Software Healthcare Division, and WebMD Practice Services. Their responsibilities included business development, operations, and sales management.
