Brian Richardi

Brian Richardi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Brian is currently a CDAO Governing Body Member at Evanta, a Gartner Company. Prior to this, they served as a Board Member at C.F. Martin & Co and as a CDO Advisory Board Member at Consero.

At Stryker, Brian held several positions, including Head of Finance Data Science, Senior Director of Finance, and Director of Finance. In these roles, they led data science initiatives, transformed operations to achieve cost savings, and provided financial oversight for R&D programs. Brian also played a key role in the SAP implementation for the commercial Orthopaedics Group.

Before joining Stryker, Brian worked at Domino Foods, Inc., where they served as the Chief Finance Leader for the commercial business and as the Director of Accounting & Sales Analytics. Brian overhauled the annual budget process and provided strategic financial recommendations to the CEO and executive team.

Earlier in their career, Brian worked at Domino Foods, Inc. as a Senior Sales Analyst and as a Business Analyst - BI Developer. Brian collaborated with key stakeholders to deliver analytics solutions and provided analysis and forecasting support.

Brian began their career as a Compliance Analyst at Bear Stearns & Co., where they performed surveillance and assisted with various compliance initiatives.

Throughout their career, Brian has demonstrated expertise in data science, finance, strategic planning, and business analytics. Brian has a proven track record of transforming operations, achieving cost savings, and driving business growth through strategic initiatives.

Brian Richardi has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance & Entrepreneurship from Rutgers Business School. Brian also holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Muhlenberg College. In addition to their formal education, Brian obtained a Chief Data Officer Program Certificate from Carnegie Mellon University in April 2022. Brian has also completed Executive Education programs in Data Analytics and M&A at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Furthermore, they have obtained the SAP Certified Application Associate - Business Intelligence with SAP Netweaver 7.0 certification from SAP in March 2009.
