Geraldine Chin currently serves as the Singapore Country Director at Conservation International, where responsibilities include developing program strategies, coordinating the launch of the International Blue Carbon Institute, and overseeing youth engagement initiatives. Previously, at the Singapore International Foundation, Geraldine led the Good Business & Cultural Exchange sector, managing programs like young social entrepreneurs and the ASEAN Youth Fellowship while effectively driving partnerships and project management. Geraldine has extensive experience with Jesuit Refugee Service, directing urban refugee assistance and liaising with multiple donors, as well as roles at Right To Play and the Ministry of Transport in Singapore, where policy formulation for port competitiveness was a key focus. Geraldine's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Tokyo and a summer course at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
