J. Matthew Miller

Matt has led many of their utility solutions from infancy into industry-leading services. He is regarded as a Utility Management Expert. In his role as Chief Payments Officer (CPO), his focus is on improving the customer experience while decreasing operational costs. Prior to his current role, Matt served as the COO of Utility Services; and he also helped create and implement Synergy, Conservice Energy, Single Family, and Commercial utility solutions. Matt holds an MBA from Weber State University’s Goddard School of Business and a B.A. from Utah State University. He began his career with Conservice in 2003.
