Carlos Vega

Carlos Vega has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Carlos currently works as a Business Development Manager at Consigli Construction Co., Inc., where they focus on developing new business opportunities in academic, athletic, life sciences, healthcare, and corporate sectors in Connecticut and Western MA. Prior to this role, Carlos worked at Trinity College-Hartford as the Head Swimming & Diving Coach and Assistant Professor from 2014 to 2022, where they created and implemented a strategic vision for the program and led the recruiting process. From 2010 to 2014, they were the Coordinator of Athletic Operations and Assistant Swimming Coach at Wellesley College, overseeing all aspects of the program and managing department duties. Carlos also has experience in client services and consulting at IMG Golf Course Services and served as an Assistant Swimming Coach at Kalamazoo College from 2004 to 2006.

Carlos Vega earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Religious Studies from Kenyon College, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. Following that, they pursued their Master of Science degree in Sport Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, completing their studies from 2003 to 2005.
