John Hale

John Hale currently serves as the Chief Marketing Officer for Consilio LLC since January 2024. Previously, from April 2020 to January 2024, John held the position of VP, Global Head of Performance Marketing at Kelly, where responsibilities included overseeing global paid media operations and advising the CMO on marketing budget strategies. John's earlier roles include Senior Director of Digital Innovation at Chili's, where leadership focused on enhancing digital guest experiences, and multiple positions at Microsoft, where significant achievements included the management of Office 365 CRM Relationship Marketing and the development of the enterprise cloud monetization strategy for Microsoft Azure. John's educational background features an MBA in Marketing from Texas McCombs School of Business and a BA in English and Art from Wheaton College, complemented by a specialized program at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
