Robb Hern

Robb Hern serves as the EVP and Head of ELS - Legal Advisory, Flexible Talent, and Managed Services at Consilio LLC since May 2021, previously holding the title of SVP in the same domain. Hern has a strong academic background, having been an Adjunct Professor of Law at The Ohio State University from May 2015 to January 2022, where an eDiscovery Law and Practice course was taught. Prior experience at UnitedLex Corporation spanned from December 2011 to May 2021, where Hern held multiple leadership positions, including VP of Legal Operations & Compliance and Chief Privacy Officer, leading global teams in various legal domains. Hern also served as an Adjunct Professor focusing on Data Security and Incident Response at the University of Miami School of Law and Cyber Security & Incident Response at the University of Cincinnati College of Law from 2017 to 2020. Robb Hern holds a J.D. with a Business Law Concentration from Cleveland State University and a B.A. in Economics from Denison University.
