William Roupe

William Roupe has extensive experience in engineering and design, currently serving as a Permitting Engineer at CONSOL Energy since 2010. Previous positions include Drafting Technician at French Engineering, Piping Designer at Bayer, and Survey Field Technician/Draftsman at Jackson Surveying. William also held the role of Design Engineer at Grafton Homes from 2004 to 2007. William holds two Associate’s Degrees from Fairmont State University in Civil Engineering and CAD/CADD Drafting and Design Technology, which were earned between 2000 and 2005.
