Paul Hatch

Paul Hatch serves as the AVP and Head of Product Design at Console Connect, leading a team of Product Designers, UX Researchers, and Analytics specialists since June 2015. With a strong background in human-centered design and agile methodologies, Paul has contributed to various roles, including Senior Product Designer at PCCW Global and a Silicon Valley startup, where innovative product design was emphasized. Prior experience includes senior positions at WorkCover Queensland and Transaction Network Services, where Paul demonstrated expertise in software development and engineering. An educational foundation includes degrees from Queensland University of Technology and a Certificate in Graphic Design from Shillington Education.
