Patricia Skermont-Pohrte

Patricia Skermont-Pohrte is a dedicated education professional with a comprehensive background in special education. Currently serving as a Special Education Teacher at Consolidated High School District 230 since August 2021, Patricia's experience includes roles as a Teacher Intern and Student Teacher, further solidifying expertise in special education. Prior to teaching, Patricia worked as a Special Education Assistant at Homewood School District 153.
