Radosław Tarabuła

Radosław Tarabuła, MBA, is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in product and process development within the foundry and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Principal Engineer at Consolidated Precision Products Corp since July 2016, Radosław focuses on continuous improvement, cost reduction projects, and supplier development, alongside mentoring and process audits. Previous roles include Senior Product Engineer and Product Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed new parts development, heat treatment process development, dimensional analysis, tooling correction, and collaboration with other engineers. Radosław's background also includes a tenure at Pratt & Whitney Rzeszów and WSK Rzeszow, with foundational training at ArcelorMittal and Fablok. Radosław holds a Master of Engineering in Foundry Engineering from AGH University of Krakow and an MBA from Katolicki Uniwersytet Lubelski Jana Pawła II.
