Joe Baca

Joe Baca is currently working as a Principal Engineer at CONSOR Engineers since February 2020. Prior to this, Joe held the position of Senior Engineer at Carollo Engineers from October 2016 to September 2019 and Project Engineer at Arcadis from January 2008 to September 2016. Joe graduated from The University of Texas at El Paso in 2007 with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
