Melissa Rosas

Melissa brings more than 20 years of experience in transportation engineering and program delivery. She served as president of Apex Design, a leading Denver-based transportation consulting firm acquired by CONSOR in October 2020. She is a licensed professional engineer with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Marquette University. Melissa possesses a natural ability to lead and holds several accolades, including being named as a past ITE Colorado Transportation Professional of the Year, as well as WTS Colorado’s Woman of the Year. She has received recognition with Denver Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 award as well as a finalist for the 2020 Outstanding Women in Business Awards. She is also a recent 2018 Leadership Denver graduate. For CONSOR, Melissa leads the Colorado market, focusing on bringing people together and solving challenging tasks for clients. She enjoys mentoring staff, and supporting the team to realize their goals defined by her servant leadership approach. Melissa is a voracious reader, a hobbyist horticulturalist, and enjoys volunteering for several community non-profits.
