Nicholas Dulfer

Nicholas Dulfer has a solid background in construction project management and engineering. Nicholas began their career at Watts Constructors as a Project Engineer, where they worked on military construction projects. Nicholas then moved on to Hathaway Dinwiddie as a Project Engineer and later became a Project Manager, overseeing multi-million dollar construction projects. Notable projects they managed include 3303 Scott Blyd. and The SFJAZZ Center.

After their tenure at Hathaway Dinwiddie, Dulfer joined Maximus Real Estate Partners as a Construction Manager, responsible for overseeing infrastructure improvements for a large-scale redevelopment project. Following this, they worked at BCCI Construction Company as a Project Manager, where they successfully managed multiple projects, achieved milestones, controlled budgets, and supervised subcontractors.
