Richard Lavin

Richard has more than 25 years of experience in transportation engineering and construction management. He previously held the position of State Toll Facilities Engineer for Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise. His experience includes the design and management of several major new and reconstruction toll facilities projects throughout Florida. Richard has interfaced with numerous roadway construction as well as several toll equipment contractors in the construction and activation of new toll plazas in south Florida. He serves as a senior project engineer on large All-Electronic Tolling (AET) roadway and bridge widening construction contracts.
